About Michael

Michael Coleman’s career includes over 25 years of experience in user experience design and product management. With extensive domain knowledge in creativity, collaboration, video editing and motion graphics, he has played a key role in creating award-winning cloud, desktop and mobile applications.

Michael now focuses on leadership consulting and mentoring for user experience design and product management.

Michael’s previous position was Director of User Experience at Adobe Creative Cloud. In this role, Michael led the team of user experience designers responsible for shaping the strategy, workflow and aesthetics of Adobe’s award-winning video, audio and 3D content creation tools. He and his team worked closely with executives, product management, user research, prototyping, and engineering to build great products for Adobe’s customers.

Michael’s past positions include Principal Product Manager for Video Collaboration, Sr. Product Manager for Adobe After Effects, and Lead User Experience Designer. Michael has a degree in business administration & economics from Seattle University. His hobbies include sailing, cycling, and soccer.
